Résidence Le Parc ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information gathered through residenceleparc.com, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). It covers this website only; information about residents and their care is handled under separate policies provided at the residence.

Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact form, chat, or book a private tour, along with any details you choose to share about your needs or those of a family member.
- Information collected automatically: with your consent, cookies and similar technologies record how you use the site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, arrange tours and follow up on your request.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- With your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We use it only for the purposes described here, unless you consent to another use or the law permits it.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, such as our website host (Squarespace), our tour-booking tool (Calendly), our chat and messaging tool, our translation service (Weglot) and the analytics and advertising partners named above. Some of these providers store information outside Québec, including in the United States and Europe; before doing so we assess that the information will receive adequate protection.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then destroy or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
How we protect it
We use reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards, and limit access to the staff who need it. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people affected and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, ask that it no longer be disseminated, or receive it in a commonly used technological format. Send your request to info@residenceleparc.com; we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
